Information we collect
We collect the information needed to create and operate your learner account, including your name, email address, optional phone number, course activity, lesson progress, and payment or fee-waiver records. When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your basic profile information and verified email address.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, deliver lessons, manage enrolment and access, record progress, verify payments, support learners, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and protection
Account and school records are stored in the Institute's secured systems. We apply access controls, encrypted connections, limited administrative privileges, and operational backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their account credentials.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, when required by law, or with your consent. Records are retained only as long as necessary for learning services, security, legal, and financial obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information. You can stop using Google sign-in or revoke the connection from your Google Account at any time.
