Using the platform
Kimeru Institute provides language and cultural education through lessons, live sessions, learning materials, assessments, and related services. You must provide accurate account information and use the platform lawfully.
Accounts and access
Your account is personal to you. Keep your credentials secure and do not share paid lesson access. Course availability may depend on enrolment, payment verification, fee waivers, lesson schedules, and progression rules set by the Institute.
Payments
Fees shown for a course are payable through the supported methods. Access is granted after payment verification or an authorized fee waiver. Any refund or transfer request is considered under the Institute's applicable administrative policy.
Learning content
Videos, lesson plans, recordings, text, images, and course materials are owned by or licensed to Kimeru Institute. They may be used for personal study but may not be copied, republished, sold, or distributed without permission.
Service operation
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, connectivity, scheduled releases, or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. The Institute may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or threaten other users or systems.
